Our 30 Day Return Policy means that you have heaps of time to return your order if you decide against it for any reason. Sending back your item is easy.
Simply follow the steps below:
1. Package your item(s) and invoice into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging. Please ensure all pieces of a costume/item are returned in original condition.
2. Post your parcel back to us at Costume Alley, PO Box 813 Moorebank, NSW 1875.
Please take care when packing your costume that the integrity of the label and bag are maintained. In addition to special orders and mascots, we are unable to offer exchanges on the following items if the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons: -Hosiery, undergarments and swimsuits -Stockings and socks -Eyelashes and contact lenses -Faux beards, moustaches -Prosthetics: fangs, fake teeth -Cosmetics -Any item that has been worn or altered.
If you need a different size or a new item altogether, the most efficient way for you to get it fast is to place a new order for the correct size or item and follow our returns procedure above to get a refund for the original order.
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, we are happy to fix it up for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a replacement item right away and make arrangements to get the faulty product back to us.
